Thirds Layouts / alignment

I have a form with several fields and would like them to be aligned into 3 columns:
1. Left Column (I used Field Layout: Left Third)
First Name *
Last Name *
Your Email *

2. Central Column (I used Field Layout: Middle Third)
Mobile Number *
Home Number
Street Address

3.Right Column (I used Field Layout: RightThird)
City Suburb *
Postcode

However, if you check my form you won’t see the columns, but fields spread randomly, not in columns.
I have ticked Always load CSS, but I get the same result
Can you help me ? Thanks in advance,
