    Onetime password is not triggering when third time login. It’s directly login without onetime password in the third time. Is there any settings available resolve this? Or the plugin works like that.

    Thanks for your reply. Here I’m trying to explain the scenario.

    After installing the plugin, configured the plugin for “email – one time password system”

    1. First try – Login with username and password – Can able to receive the password through mail. And the login screen moved to add one time password. I have given the password and logged in successfully. After that Immediately logged out by clicking log out/sign off button.
    2. Second try – After logged out, steps are same as the first one. Received password by mail, Screen changed, added one time password and logged in successfully. Again I logged out by clicking sign off button
    3. Third try – In the third time, after giving username, password – I’m expecting to receive one time password and screen change. But it’s not happening, instead it’s logging in without onetime password.

      I have repeated the test again and again. But giving the same result. I hope I have clearly explained. I hope I have explained correctly. Still If you need more clarification, Please reply me.

    We ran several tests and couldn’t reproduce this issue. We need to look into this issue. To start off with, can you please send us the system information file from the Help & Contact Us page in the plugin?

    Hi robertabela,
    Thanks for replying to me. I have found something.

    • In the Cloud Flare – Cache Everything was enabled.
    • It’s switched to – Standard and it’s working fine now
