The message “This feature is disabled” is showing when masked login is enabled, so the wp-admin for logged out users is not accessible.
To login to your site please visit the URI that you have added at the Mask Login Area.
If you’re trying to log in from the renamed page and you’ve been redirected to the wp-admin as logged out user again, most likely this is caused by a conflict with another plugin.
Please run a test for a conflict. Deactivate all plugins and see if you can log in. Plugins can be deactivated via FTP but renamed the wp-content/plugins/ folder to something else, like /plugins-deactivated/.
If you can log in, create a new folder called /plugins/ and move plugins from /plugins-deactivated/ one by one, every time testing if login is working.
This way you will find what plugin is causing this issue.
Make sure to have a backup of your site before running this test.
