I was in a situation when client did customizer adjustments to his commercial theme, and then figured out we need a child one to replace some functions. But that seemed like we will have to do all the customizer settings again. Simple copying serialized array theme_mods_ in database to the child row didn’t work at least. This plugin fixed it so easily and quickly, highly recommend
