Sorry for the late reply. I must have overlooked your thread.
For your information, this feature is, in fact, dependent heavily on the theme/template being used on users’ site. Since some themes would not allow certained elements to be displayed or hidden from certain position, especially for block-based themes, thus it’s possible that the “This item” line could not be hidden.
Unfortunately, we do not have any solution for this since it’s difficult to adapt to all themes/templates available in the market. If possible, you can kindly consult with a developer from your end to get some custom codes and make it work with your theme. We can only answer some common questions about the features here as we do not have any technical support agent available though.
