    We are experiencing an issue with the balance payment for an order with a paid deposit. The balance payment link displays this message: “This order cannot be paid. Please contact us to pay by check.”

    Is this due to late payment?

    The issue has been resolved through email support: administrators were accessing the order page from an account that wasn’t linked to the order.
