Hey @newuser33 ,
Thank you very much for reaching out to us and apologies for our delayed response!
I’m happy to help you further investigate this error and find out on how you can disable the previously installed Facebook Pixel.
Currently, there are two main ways that you can use to install a Facebook Pixel:
- Manually, directly in your site. The instructions on how to achieve that can be found here. Did you remember going through the process in that article to manually add the pixel in your site?
- Doing it automatically. That may be the case when another plugin or your site’s theme automatically adds the Facebook Pixel’s tracking code in your site. In most cases, you can try finding the plugin that’s doing that or finding an option in your theme that should allow you to disable it.
I visited your site and using the Facebook Pixel Helper Chrome extension, it seems that the setup method is manual, so could you let me know if any of the above was helpful in finding out how to proceed?
Looking forward to your response.
Best regards,
Pit
