This plugin broke plugin activation redirects

    Hi,

    When this plugin is deactivated or uninstalled, I receive an error page when enabling other addons.
    The URL I get sent to when enabling a plugin:

    /wp-admin/?page=rp4wp_install&rp4wp_nonce=1e67f476ca

    and the page tells me:

    Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

    Please advise.
