• Hi team,

When this plugin was deactivated, the CPU usage was around 25%-35%. As soon as this plugin was reactivated, the CPU spike happened immediately to 800%.

Before realizing that this plugin was the cause of the CPU spike, I even migrated to a new hosting provider. But, even on this new hosting, the CPU spike still occured, so the resource is definitely not the issue. Here are my hosting specifications:

    8 core Processor
    16 GB RAM
    320 GB SSD Disk Space
    10 TB Bandwidth

The plugin version is up-to-date. What was causing this issue? The top process was from MariaDB looks like there are tons of queries being sent to the database from this plugin.

Let me know if you need more details.

  • Hello there,
    thanks for contacting us!

I was unable to reproduce the bug locally, so I recommend running the following tests to see if the problem disappears at some point:

    • Update the plugin, WC, and WP to the latest version.
    • Switch to a default WP theme like 2025.
    • Leave only WC and our plugin active, and activate your plugins in batches until you find the one that conflicts.

    Could you check it, please?

    Best regards.
