    Hello,

    I know it can be frustrating when you download something and it doesn’t work, but this plugin does solely that and if doesn’t, there must be something going on in there. There are a couple of things I need you to do to check the issue.

    1. If you do not see the UI under Apperance → Widget as shown in screenshot here https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/stag-custom-sidebars/screenshots/ can you please try deactivating the third-party plugin and give it a try again, just to be sure there are no error preventing it work.
    2. If #1 didn’t make it work, can you try enabling debug mode to check for any possible errors?
