This plugin doesn't work

    The video was halting and jerky when viewed using the plugin. Now today I see a message telling me my “JavaScript is not up to date” and to “upgrade to pro and we’ll fix it for you.” This sounds blatantly dishonest.

    Hi WesternWoman,

    Your javascript IS broken which is why we let you know about the issue. A surprising number of themes and/or plugins are badly coded and break WordPress guidelines. Our checker is kind enough to let you know about that. Alas, we cannot fix every broken site in the world for free.

    It’s up to you or your web developer to fix your site. For our paid users, we do offer some troubleshooting for free and affordable pro support incidents for people who wish to have additional development support.

    Your playback issues probably have more to do with encoding though. We have some guidelines here: http://foliovision.com/player/encoding
