    Can’t edit “Email to send submissions to”
    Can’t create/save a new form
    Can’t edit a duplicated form

    1.14.8 which I thought was the latest version.

    Just a bit more background, the forms themselves are still working, but I need to edit “Email to send submissions to” I make the change save it and but changes don’t get saved.

    I’ve tried creating a new form, but it wont save.

    Tried duplicating the working form, but can’t edit the duplicated form.

    This was all working fine when I set the site up 6 months ago.
