• Resolved The Tshirt Guy

I’ve owned the LIFETIME version of Pretty Links since 2014. In recent months, the plugin has not been malfunctioning and now I’m being told my license has expired (!) — which means I cannot use the advanced functions anymore.

“Premium” support is not available, either, meaning I’m posting here out of desperation.

Given that there are unanswered tickets from six months ago, I think it’s safe to say this plugin is dead.

Hello PrettyLinks developer! Are you alive?

Hello, we are alive! Thanks for checking on us.

We have had several customers report issues with their lifetime licenses recently. While our development team is still working to resolve the root cause, our support team can fix the accounts individually.

The good news is I was able to find and fix your account so now if you log in on prettylinks.com you will be able to see your license key.

Just another note, while premium support is only available for logged in users, you can also reach our support team through our contact form.
