This plugin is not w3 valid

Enabling Rating addon causes w3 validator to report tags are not valid.
For example:- Error: Bad value https://www.w3.org/2000/svg for the attribute xmlns (only http://www.w3.org/2000/svg permitted here).
- Error: The itemprop attribute was specified, but the element is not a property of any item.
There are many other errors (not including warnings) and some of them are not related to rating addon.
It looks like plugin is not html valid at all.Any plans to fix these and make disqus html valid?
