This plugin is not working properly

    Hello Team,

    When I create a user direct from frontend login page-> https://www.insurtechexpress.com/log-in/ the user us created but when I create a user from backend WP dashboard then login with that created credentials on login page it showing username and password are incorrect why?

    Please help and reply fast.

    Thanks for reaching out and bringing this to our attention.

    It sounds like the issue may be related to the way users are being created from the backend. Our plugin is designed to work seamlessly with the default WordPress user creation process, but in some cases, especially if custom user roles or fields are involved, certain user data (such as passwords or meta information) may not be saved in a way that’s compatible with the frontend login form.
