Hi and thank you for your info.
Looks like its not plugin’s issue as it can’t change GoDaddy’s policy regarding SMTP servers.
The link @mbrsolution provided has some useful info on this, specifically local GoDaddy’s SMTP server settings for shared hosting – https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/no-emails-using-godaddy/#post-10152848
If that is not working for you, you should contact GoDaddy support for help.

@alexanderfoxc Thank you for reply.
Yes, It is not Plugin Issue and I’m so satisfied with this plugin I havd Server with 1&1 and I’m using this plugin always it’s perfect.
The Problem %100 with GoDaddy!
Best Regards.
Thank you.
Can you try the settings provided in link in my previous message? If those will work for you, we will add this information regarding GoDaddy’s shared hosting SMTP to plugin’s documentation.

With these settings no problem:
SMTP Host – localhost
Encryption – None
SMTP Port – 5
Authentication – Yes
then cpanel email and password
But I don’t want to use Godaddy Email! When I used the contact form the form came to me after 15 Minutes ! Yes this Godaddy!
GoDaddy employee on a personal account here.
The SMTP port should be 25, and authentication isn’t required.
If you don’t want to use GoDaddy email because of queue time or deliverability, you will have to use a provider that supports port 80, or an API. Something like sendgrid.com or mailgun.com.
GoDaddy won’t change policy about the standard mail ports on shared hosting, they’ve made the decision to be proactive about the types of abuse that can happen if those ports are open.
