I’m using CSF firewall, also with htaccess to protect my login script, however after i visite login file, my server will ask me the password in htacess then it will show the login page for me, but when I check csf log, it count for failed login when apache popup for the htaccess password.

It seems like you have a very particular setup, so it will be difficult for us to simulate the setup and replicate the problem.
Can you please advise if the firewall is reporting a failed WordPress login or a failed HTTP login?
Also, if you deactivate WP 2FA then users can log in but the failed login error is not reported? What is being reported in the firewall? Are you able to share the exact log?

If I disable WP 2FA, it don’t get this failed login log, maybe that is server log problem
