  • Hi @onestopops,

    Hope you’re doing well 🙂

Could you give us some more info about what issues are you exactly having with Hustle running on Bridge theme?
Are you unable to create or configure Hustle settings in the admin section or you’re not seeing the popup/slide-in/embed on your site frontend?

Since this is a premium theme did you get in touch with the developers to check it out as well as it’s theme specific issue?

    Cheers,
    Predrag

Thank you for your reply. I am now seeing the issue on other sites that I have it on for a while, that are not the bridge theme. I have this slide in on this site too http://www.dollsfordaughters.com. I went in to edit the slide in on this site and have the same problem when I choose to edit. The settings to edit the slide do not display.
Here is a video screen shot of the issue.

    Hello @onestopops

    I trust you’re doing well!

Please clarify, are you trying to edit the content of the slide-in and it can’t be edited? Would you please create a new screencast of the issue?

What is PHP version of your site?

There are few JS errors in the developer’s console on your site, which means there is a conflict between some plugins. Please run a quick check for a conflict with another plugin or theme.

Deactivate all other plugins, besides Hustle and test if the settings are showing. If everything is well, activate one plugin at a time to find the one that causes this.

Follow the steps from the flowchart:

Let us know how it went!

    Kind regards,
