This quality for free!?!

I can’t believe how much this does and how well it works for just the free version. If I ever need to go more feature-heavy with a premium backup solution — it’ll be BackWPup.

I don’t know if it’s been there all along, but I recently discovered the simple “download database backup” option, which is a big relief when you want to upgrade a couple plugins without having to do a big backup job.

The incredibly customizable backup jobs are great. I like to do a full site backup once a month (DB, plugins, everything!), and a simple content & DB job more regularly.
