    After updating to the latest plugin version I’m no more able to see the videos on my admin page https://website.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=brid-video-menu and when I try to add video from the article it says “This request is forbidden.” with messages on the Chrome console No save button by form.id, try to search all document.

    Hi,

    First please try to re-install the plugin and do a new authorization. This may fix the issue at hand.
    If this doesn’t work, then please tell us what site you have registered with us in Brid.

    I’ve reinstalled and tried to authorize but it says Partner Error:
    Access to this place or content is restricted.
