Thing is it does work if I ignore the error and run the task again from the Import Feedzy menu.

Unfortunately, I was not able to replicate this issue. The import works as expected for this feed source: https://www.videoneat.com/feed.
Can you kindly confirm is you are using the latest version of Feedzy?
