This transaction couldn’t be completed

    Every time a customer tries to pay by credit/debit card I get the following error:

    PayPal DoExpressCheckoutPayment API call failed

    Error Code: 10486
    Error Severity Code: Error
    Short Error Message: This transaction couldn’t be completed.
    Long Error Message: This transaction couldn’t be completed. Please redirect your customer to PayPal.

    At the beginning I thought it was because a customer didn’t put the right card info, but it happens every time a customer tried to make a payment.
