This type of Title Variable available?

I understand your question, but I’m afraid this has to be done manually through the Custom SEO title. It will work as expected that way.

Per example, if your blog name is “My Site”, the selected separator is “|”, and your custom title is “20.05 Legal Position, General Observation – Chapter 20”, the title will become:
20.05 Legal Position, General Observation - Chapter 20 | My Site

While keeping the regular WordPress Post Name 20.05 Legal Position, this should work as expected.

The automation technique you’re requesting is very advanced and requires a lot of syntax understanding by the users, I believe it’s therefore not fit for The SEO Framework, but it might be something in the future through an extension.

I will keep your request in mind.

P.S. The breadcrumb script that comes with The SEO Framework will add the subcategories and categories to the Google search results.
For example, when searching for the Plugin Filters of The SEO Framework, you will see beneath the Title in Google:
