    There may be a missing function in the plugin. I enabled the countdown text (This will close in 10…9…) once, then deactivated it. I cleared the cache, deactivated again, duplicated the pop-up; the text does not go away.

    Is it possible that the disable countdown function wasn’t coded into the plugin?

    Dear @expatsi,

    Thanks for the topic.

    Apologies for the late reply – we don’t work on weekends.

    To disable the countdown option, you need to navigate to Popup -> Settings and choose 0 for the “Autoclose Delay (in seconds)” option, in order to disable it.

    Please save the changes and clear the cache.
