Threaded comments DOESN’T WORK at my theme

Hi Everyone, sorry to disturb, i am using 2.7 wordpress and streamline theme, it supposed to have a reply button and threaded function to every single post, but in fact it didn’t show up correctly thus i can’t setup any email notification back to the commented visitor, can anyone help me on this, many thanks. >.<
