Three minor feature requests

    I’m a big fan of this plugin — it is lightweight and functional. I do have three relatively minor feature requests, though:

    1. Allow the floating tray to be closed by BOTH a close button AND clicking outside the tray. Currently, we must select only or the other. I like to have both options enabled.
    2. Allows us to customize the “empty cart” message for the floating tray (and, ideally, allow us to provide a link or button to the shop page).
    3. Do not show the counter bubble by the cart icon if it is empty (showing “0”) or make this a configurable options, at least.

    Thanks for an awesome plugin and I hope you’ll consider these requests!
