    I have three tests the user has to choose only one of the three tests
    So that they are not allowed to enter except for one test only

    Is it possible to do that

    At the moment, unfortunately, the plugin doesn’t have this feature available for usage.

    By the way, thank you very much for your suggestion.
    All suggestions are welcomed as they are mutually beneficial for all of us.

    I integration with Quiz Maker with Google Sheets

    But the results are not stored on the drive

    I want to mention, that, at the moment, only the data of the Information Form option is being sent to the Google Sheet account.
