Thrive Themes Skipping Breadcrumb

From the linked page, I’m unsure if Breadcrumb NavXT is producing the breadcrumb trail. However, from observing the hierarchy, it looks like you have the following:

Hair – Page post type
Shampoo – Page post type, possibly a child of the Hair page
Best Dandruff Shampoo – Post post type

To support a breadcrumb trail of Home -> Hair -> Shampoo -> Best Dandruff Shampoo, you will need to do the following:

Shampoo needs to be a child of the Hair page.
Best Dandruff Shampoo needs to be a child of Shampoo. WordPress does not natively support this, however something like Post Parents will all you to assign a parent page for each post.

Then, in your Breadcrumb NavXT settings, under the “Post Types” tab, look for the “Post Hierarchy” option, pick “Post Parent” and press the “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the page.
