Dear team i hope you are doing great! kindly note i added thumbnails 400px*400px for all 4 catalogs but they are not loading and i enabled the settings to auto-thumbnail enable. the page is taking too much time to load all 4 pdf since they are big so i want the page to load faster with only the thumbnail photo, please can someone advice here why THUMBNAIL is not loading?

Hi,

What you added as 400px is Flipbook popup thumb and it is displayed before yo open flipbook. That one that you click to open the flipbook. By default the size is 140px. You can increase with custom CSS:

Auto-open thumbnail is when the flipbook opens and the side bar displays the PDF thumbs for preview.

Also note that your PDF is not optimized for web. It has just 16 page and is 14MB. Compress the PDF and it should be around 3-4MB.

Thank you so much for the great info and update! actually my line of code was wrong and the embed is missing the type=thumb, i updated now and necessary done. all good and thanks for this great feature in the literary industry!
