dear, on my site when users upload featured image, it doesn’t get cropped to the thumbnail propositioned size as 150px x 100 px. Please help

Could you please provide some screenshots of where this situation is happening? I have navigated the site but couldn’t locate the upload photo section.
Also i have noticed that you are not using the latest version of our theme. Please backup your website and then update all plugins and the theme and see if the issue still persists.
