Can you please more specify. Which file I have to edit?
The tool resize the thumbnails, but I only want to use the looseless compression for them. What I have to change in config. Thanks for your help!!

The plugin shouldn’t resize thumbnails, only compress them. Here is the screenshot.
Resizing large images option affects only originals, not the thumbnails. Thumbnails are only compressed and you can specify which ones to optimize with checkboxes below.

Maybe your theme makes them smaller with responsive images feature. Which page are we talking about? Could you please show us.

Your theme uses approach called responsive images, as you can on the screenshot below:

This has nothing to do with the plugin. I suggest you to change the template files if you need thumbnails of exact size.
