What icon is on top of the blank thumbnail? Is it a thumbnail watermark image you set in the plugin settings? Do you see the “SAMPLE VIDEO” image after setting a thumbnail watermark image? Does the problem go away if you clear the thumbnail watermark image? Is the plugin only set to generate one thumbnail or more than one? What percentage through the video is it set to generate the thumbnail?

Thanks for response.
It shows a blank white image in top left and has a icon which shows a piece of paper with a cloud and hill in it.
Haven’t set it to import a watermark in the images. Only video overlay.
If I manually navigation to the thumbnails URL generated it all shows blank image.
Tired setting it to create various number of thumbnails and does same everytime.
Tried setting it to generate thumbnails at all percentage as well as 0 percent and set to create 10 images.
If I go into the video file and delete unknown images. I can manually generate and that works.
It’s as though it cannot read video on auto generate the create thumbnail.

Oh, I see, that icon is your browser’s “file not found” icon. Are you using a frontend uploader to upload your videos or just the regular WordPress dashboard upload?

It’s a front end uploader.
But I have also tried from admin panel and adding video media upload and get same issues both ways.

If it helps when they generate a thumbnail and file I just a URL off.

I understand it’s a free plugin but happy to pay for your service if you can fix.
