"Thumbnail" from amazon link?

Is there anyway for this plugin to display a “thumbnail” that was created by a link to amazon – it shows up as a picture in a post even though it’s not an uploaded image. And then if that “thumbnail” were clicked it would take the user to that said post. I haven’t been able to figure this out yet.
