Hi @madchuner
Could you kindly navigate to FooGallery -> System Info and post the info generated and displayed on that page here so we can review it and find out what’s causing this error?
Thanks in advance.
Kind regards,
Elvis.

Hi @madchuner
From the System Info you’ve shared with us, and thanks for doing so by the way, I can see the “Thumb Engine” option is blank, which is unusual.
To resolve this Thumbnail Alert issue, kindly navigate to FooGallery -> Settings then click on the “Images” tab and enable the “Force GD Library” option. Don’t forget to save changes.
After that, run the Thumbnail Generation Test and the test should be successful.
Kindly try this and let us know how it goes.
Kind regards,
Elvis.
Hi @elviiso After doing the suggested I seem to be getting the same error https://prnt.sc/12mygef
Hi @madchuner
Thanks for the update.
We do have a thumb test page that we recently added which you can get to from the settings page to help investigate issues with thumb generation.
Here’s a link to the test page for your site – http://www.stairsworld.ie/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=foogallery&page=foogallery_thumb_test
Once on that page, scroll down to the bottom where you’ll see a section containing the error. Copy all of that and paste it into your response to this message so that we can analyze it and find out what’s causing the alert.
Thanks.
Kind regards,
Elvis.
