Thumbnail generator not working

    I have been using the plugin with great success – until 4/24. The embed piece still works fine but I cannot seem to generate a thumbnail. It shows the thumbnail in the side bar, but it doesn’t actually show it in the video box or as the featured image.

    Not sure what the issue is – I haven’t experienced any issues until now. I’m not super tech saavy so don’t want to poke around too much. Any suggestions?

    Did you upgrade to WordPress 4.2 on that day? I’ve been working on a big update to the plugin and I haven’t tested the current version with 4.2. I’ll look into it.

    I’ve been unable to reproduce the problem in WordPress 4.2.1. Can you post a link to a page on your site with a video that has a missing thumbnail?
