I’m using the new hover layout and I’ve noticed that the overlay content sometimes covers the image captions underneath.

Is there a way to adjust spacing or padding so both elements don’t conflict visually? Maybe there’s an option to reposition the text or limit the height of the overlay?

Hi! Thanks for reaching out, and great observation regarding the hover layout behavior.

It sounds like the issue may be related to the length of the description text. The hover effect is designed to be responsive, and it dynamically adjusts the layout based on screen size. While titles are automatically trimmed if they’re too long to fit within the thumbnail, descriptions currently have no length limit – this allows for flexibility, but can sometimes lead to visual overlap, especially on smaller screens or with long text blocks.

At the moment, there’s no built-in limit or padding adjustment setting for the hover content, but we’re continuously working to improve layout responsiveness and text spacing. You can try reducing the text length slightly or modifying the padding with custom CSS as a temporary solution.
