You need to set an image as featured image. For example, you can try edit this post http://www.slateraudiology.co.uk/ipods-have-a-significant-effect-on-hearing-loss/ set the image as featured image 🙂

I was overjoyed when i found this plugin but has been very disappointed since it has refused to show my featured image thumbnails. I have tried everything from uninstalling some media plugins to changing thumbnail sizes and more. Can someone tell me what am doing wrong here. Site is http://www.csaaeinc.org
Someone had suggested Super recent posts and It worked great.
