I am using this shortcode on my wordpress page : [upg-post type=”embed” ajax=”true”] but for some youtube video, it is creating thumbnail and for some video it is not creating thumbnail.
Could you please check it once and let me know ASAP.

Okay I updated file which you suggested but I am getting issue with some old video thumbnails now which was already in our database before change in the file. For example, this youtube link “https://youtu.be/70LOCg1aVQ8”.
I don’t see any issues with old vidoes.
Our plugin is not updated since last 4 months. So which old videos you are getting issues with ?
From when you started receiving this issue ?
The incomplete information takes much time then expected.
The missing thumbnail occurred after I gave you update file or it is from beginning ?
Is all old thumbnail were visible correctly before and not working only of new videos ?
The video url you sent me successfully created thumbnail after I post.

Reply: It happened before updating your file and only new videos cannot.

Reply: Yes, but after updating your file, some old videos cannot show thumbnails.
