Thumbnail issues – SearchWP results

Greetings WordPress braintrust ! I have deleted /regenerated/deleted/regenerated thumbnails , I am at a loss , but an edit of the Media file (edit , close) will generate the proper thumbnail in my search results. Basically some pdf’s have thumbnails that work and some don’t . I can’t seem to find a common denominator … Any Advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you . Below is my documented “workaround”
Issue: Some Thumbnails fail to populate in Search results , a manual refresh of the Media file corrects.
Enviorment
WordPress 6.2
SearchWP full text indexed (approximately 25k pdf files in Media )
Theme: Hello Elementor
1} Main search page – search for “Lessler”
2) results come back with most thumbnails – I click on “1982_Tempo_May13th_019_o”
3) It brings me to the display page , which shows the pdf in a viewer
4) I click on “Edit Media”
5) brings me to Media page .
6) I refresh the page by highlighting url string and hitting “Enter”
7) Once page reloads , Thumbnail is generated.
8) I go back to search results and Thumb is correct
