Thumbnail not responsive

    Hi,

    Is the thumbnail Youtube Lyte creates supposed to be responsive? From the documentation I’ve understood so. However on my website (staging stage, I can’t share the link) it is not. It loads in the player size chosen from the plugin menu and floats over items on the page or off the page to the right.

    Also is the video supposed to start on one click of the thumbnail? On my actual page where I had the plugin run for a while it takes two clicks but on my staging site it starts playing after only one click on the thumbnail.

    Would be great to get this running on my site! Thank you!

    It should be responsive yes, so likely a CSS conflict with your theme or another plugin.

    regarding one or two clicks to play; depends on the browser allowing autoplay. If you click play and autoplay is not allowed (e.g. on mobile), you will have to click a 2nd time. On desktop generally autoplay is allowed and one click should suffice.

    Thank you! I tried disabling plugins and iframe CSS changes I’ve made but I can’t seem to find the culprit… Would you have any hints on where to find the problem? My site is http://www.fonal.com, you can see the youtube embed (without your plugin active) on the front page at the bottom.

    Also it doesn’t seem to catch the youtube embeds I have on my product pages: https://www.fonal.com/shop/eleanoora-rosenholm-talvipalatsin-puutarhassa-lp/

    Again if you go to these links you’ll see the youtube embeds without the plugin enabled as I’m testing it on the staging site. I don’t know if you can determine any problems from the site without the plugin active.

    re. responsiveness; almost impossible to say I’m afraid. is your staging site accessible from the web and if so can you share the URL?
