Thumbnail Quality

Not at this moment. At the moment of implementation Facebook API didn’t provide any resolution in-between the standard thumbnail and full-size image. So I couldn’t integrate any higher resolution thumbs without going for the full version. Not sure what’s the situation now (maybe still the same).

However, you may try the ‘Collage – Full’ layout if you wish to build the collage with full sized image. As a side-effect… the initial loading time will increase (not much for smaller albums)

Yes, I see Facebook now provides more resolution options than before. I’ll try to provide a dropdown for selecting a resolution on a future release.
