There are 2 separate methods that you can use in order to resize the thumbnails:

1’st one is from “Gallery -> Manage Galleries” by checking a specific gallery and choosing “Create new thumbnails” from “bulk actions” then apply it;

2’nd is directly from the Insert Gallery Window when you insert a gallery into a page or post by managing the custom image’s size from “Customize Display Settings -> Override thumbnail settings” https://drive.google.com/file/d/1uz1CnBlU72LBXLDkFldyF_De1Jvxe24D/view?usp=drivesdk
