Thumbnail Size not changing

Two questions.
1. When using the widget in a footer, how can the grid display be changed so that the photos appear horizontally? Is there a way to set the grid size 7×2, 5×4, etc.?

2. Also, having issues while attempting to change the size of the displayed thumbnails using the “Simply Instagram: User Info” in the sidebar. After saving the latest feed size, the thumbnail size doesn’t change on the page.
(However I can successfully change the size of the profile picture)
