Thumbnail to Excerpt margin

    Hi, I’m working on a theme but having some trouble. I’ve installed the new thumbnail feature, but my excerpt goes right up against the thumbnail. Also, I’d like to move the thumbnail and excerpt both up nearer to the title. Can someone tell me where I can edit this?
