I’m not sure what version this started happening on but we have rolled back to 2.179 and each version it did the same thing.

On the page below you can see that the thumbnails are not aligned properly (they line straight down the page) and there is a “Terms & Conditions” box that is missing all the text that is supposed to be there. When Nextgen is deactivated the box and all tabs work properly.

@xtremejg – The site seems to be loading fine and looks like what I would expect with a Basic Thumbnails display (see http://take.ms/Y8b2w); it also appears you are using the latest release of NextGEN Gallery as well. Are you still seeing the same issue?

    Thanks!

Yeah here is what I see in Firefox, or if I use incognito in Chrome. http://take.ms/OYrJk

When I view in my chrome it seems fine. But Incognito shows vertical alignment and then the terms and condition info disappears.

@xtremejg – This is generally something to do with caching and/or proxy servers (although that is extremely rare). What happens in these cases is the necessary JavaScript and CSS is not being loaded to produce the appropriate layout, this is generally not see in anonymous browser window views as the most commonest root cause aside from caching is a browser extension.

I would suggest looking at how/what is being used for caching and/or optimization on the site; at the minimum try excluding NextGEN Gallery’s JavaScript and CSS to see if that helps (or deactivate and remove the the caching if possible).

    Thanks!

Well, not sure what happened but the update you released today seems to have fixed it.

@xtremejg – Thanks for the update! The update to the plugin may have “busted” the cache that was causing the issue you were seeing.
