Try going to Other Options > Miscellaneous > Clear Image Cache and see if that helps, local installs can be quite tricky some times.
Local by Flywheel is a good tool to run local tests and NextGEN runs very smoothly there indeed.
Let me know how it went.
It went good and now im using it in live project and when i open the image in lightroom it shows double images. How to solve it?

You may want to check if the theme or a different plugin loads its own Lightbox effect and deactivate it from there or choose to deactivate NextGen’s from "NextGen Gallery -> Other Options -> Lightbox Effects" by choosing “None” for “What lightbox would you like to use?” then saving the options.
Yeah that one did work, Moving on to the next, i want suggestion on how to reduced the gap between images? ijust want to show 3 pic per column and when i do that, it kind of leaves the big space between two pic in the column and i also want to keep littele space between each row.
