@musixland — Thanks for using nRelate on your site. I checked it out and Related Content looks good on our end: https://www.dropbox.com/s/s7m7lt47oo9yyh3/Screenshot%202014-10-13%2013.16.35.png?dl=0. Is this still an issue for you?

hi, thanks for responding that fast, yes it looks good now
does it take sometimes a while to actualize ? a couple of hours ago it didn t look like this
@musixland — Are you referring to the recommendations rather than the thumbnails? We do optimize plugin load so that our algorithm serves up content right away (usually from backfill or more recent articles – since we’ve seen that these perform better in terms of CTR), then starts the calculation to retrieve the related content for this page. Once this calculation is done it will then be used when a second user visits (or the same user refreshes) the page.

ok, got you
one last question, seems that widget disappeared from the first page (home)
@musixland — We’re not seeing nRelate code on your homepage. Given the way your theme is set up, can you try selecting “front page” under your Layout Settings?
I also no longer see our plugin placeholder on your single post pages, and I don’t see an automatic placement option selected (top or bottom) for where you’d like the plugin to appear on your pages. Are you trying to use manual placement? http://nrelate.com/theblog/2011/12/22/manually-adding-nrelate-code-to-your-wordpress-template/
