Thumbnails not generating

    We are using plugin version 2.1.34 with WordPress Version 3.9.12 and we are receiving a “File loading failed :: Failed to create scaled version: thumb”.

    We are uploading the image through the plugin’s uploader. Our images are only 580 x 348. Can you please help us?

    Can you please tell me if this issue has occurred with update or you have previously had it?

    I updated the plugin yesterday thinking that would resolve our issue, but it is still occurring. Our last uploaded gallery was May 13th with no issues.
