Thumbnails not loading/showing

Hi ive recently made a new site (http://ebuddyuk.com/)
I want to add linked images which will take you to a page where you can purchase certain items but the images i have uploaded do not show the thumbnail (when clicked the image shows) I am using the Games Mania theme

Any help would be greatly appreciated, sorry if i havent given enough detail, im not sure where the problem would lie, the uploads should be set up correctly..
