Thank you for contacting us. The issue might be related to main three issues. I will list them and tell you how to resolve them.
1) You have uploaded images using ftp: Please delete the images an install them using standard Image Upload of the plugin. The thing is that image thumbnails are being created during the upload, thus if you put them with ftp the folder with thumbnails doesn’t get created.
2) The uploaded images are super large and your server has limitations. When images are very large some servers block processes with these images. Please remove the images, resize them and upload them again.
3) The uploaded images contain blank spaces and/or special characters. Remove the images, rename them to names to e.g. image2.jpg and upload them again.

Thank you! It fixed it. It was the spaces in the names. It wasn’t the file names though. Apparently the folders you create cannot have spaces in their names either.

Yes, the folders should also not contain space, since that space gets encoded with thus causing further issues with recalling images from. Thank you.
